My mother isn’t one of those people that enjoys sappy sentiments. I’m pretty sure she’d rather get a funny or colorful card than one with a touching quote written in soft scroll. I know that regardless of the message, her preference is always handmade. She cherishes anything that her children make for her (there are five of us) much more than anything we could buy.
