I am a big fan of googly eyes – and in my humble opinion, Halloween is the perfect time to use them. I never really thought about using them for a banner, but what a great idea! I love the big googly eye banner, but I’m an even bigger fan of the mini washi tape one with the mini googlies. It’s so fun and what a surprise when guests come to visit. Is that garland staring at me? Maybe . . .
